Buffalo Chicken Salad Sandwiches

3 c. shredded, cooked chicken

1/2 of an avocado, mashed

1/3 c. mayo

1/4 c. ranch dressing

1/2 c. buffalo wing sauce

1/4 c. pickle juice

salt

pepper


Combine all ingredients with the shredded chicken and serve immediately, or place in the fridge.  Will stay fresh in the fridge for up to a week.  Eat on croissants, bread or hoagie buns.
