3 Cheese Italian Flatbread

1 box Krusteaz Italian Herb Flatbread Mix

1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 c. shredded white cheddar cheese

1 c. crumbled feta cheese

1 c. warm water

1/4 c. olive oil + additional for brushing

dried parsley

marinara sauce for dipping


1.  Preheat the oven to 475 degrees.  Spray a large rimmed cookie sheet with cooking spray.

2.  Stir together the fltabread mix and yeast {included in the package}, warm water and 1/4 c. of oil stirring until it forms a ball.  Cover and let rest/sit for 15 minutes.

3.  Shape the dough by dividing into two portions.  With floured hands stretch the dough and pat down into two long rectangle shapes and brush the dough with additional olive oil.

4.  Top with the three shredded cheeses and dried parsley.

5.  Bake for 7-11 minutes until golden brown.  Cut into slices and serve with warm marinara sauce.
