Richard T. Meyer, Jr. M.D.


Richard T. Meyer, Jr. M.D. 
is a graduate of the St. Louis University School of Medicine. 

He subsequently completed a residency in pediatrics at the Milwaukee Children's Hospital and a fellowship in allergy and immunology at the Medical College of Virginia.  He is board-certified in Pediatrics and in Allergy and Immunology.  He limits his patients with allergic disorders, such as asthma, allergic rhintis, urticaria(hives), and eczema.  Dr. Meyer sees patients in both our Carol Stream and St. Charles offices.  He is on staff at Central DuPage Hospital and at Delnor Community Hospital.
Daryn Abraham, M.D.

Daryn Abraham, M.D. is a board certified allergist-immunologist trained in the treatment of adult and pediatric patients.

He is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. He completed his residency and fellowship at Northwestern University Medical School and Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago. He acted as a Chief Allergy Fellow during his stay at Northwestern. He is board certified by the American Academy of Allergy and Immunology and the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology and the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. He has published numerous research articles and was awarded The Alan R. Feinberg, MD. Memorial Resident-Fellow Program Award by the Illinois Society of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology in 2002.

He enjoys treating patients of all ages. His clinical interests include allergic rhinitis, asthma, sinusitis, eczema, food allergies, stinging insect allergy, hives, angioedema, and drug allergies. He sees patients in both the Carol Stream and St. Charles office. He has staff privileges at Central Dupage Hospital and Delnor Hospital. 

Ami Talati Hannam, M.D.

Ami Talati Hannam, M.D. is a board certified allergist-immunologist specializing in the treatment of adult and pediatric patients.

After graduating from the Medical College of Wisconsin, Dr. Hannam completed a residency at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University, Evanston Northwestern Healthcare Program, where she also served as a chief resident.  She completed a fellowship at Rush University Medical Center, where she was trained in the treatment of allergy and immunology issues faced by individuals of all ages.  She is board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and by the American Board of Internal Medicine.  Dr. Hannam is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology; the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology; and the Illinois Society of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.  She sees patients in our St. Charles office.

Dr. Hannam was born in the Midwest and grew up in Illinois, Ohio, and Maryland.  She returned to this area after graduating from high school in Maryland to attend Loyola University Chicago, which enabled her to be closer to her large Chicago-based family.  Her desire to work with people of all ages and backgrounds as well as her passion for helping to improve the lives of others led her to a career in medicine.  After completing medical school, she was inspired to pursue training in allergy and immunology by several close family members who have faced challenges related to a wide range of allergic conditions.

Dr. Hannam’s goal is to help patients achieve wellness through applying the latest evidence-based medicine techniques in diagnosing and treating allergic disorders.  Whether treating a child or an adult, she strives to help patients fully understand their condition as well as all of the treatment options available to improve their health.  By combining a thorough understanding of her patients’ needs with a progressive medical approach, she seeks to ensure optimal outcomes for individuals impacted by allergic and immunologic conditions.
Dr. Hannam lives in west-suburban Chicago with her husband.  She enjoys traveling, scrapbooking, exploring neighborhoods throughout Chicagoland, and spending time with friends and family.
Leah Pieczynski, M.M.S., PA-C

Leah Pieczynski, is a board certified Physician Assistant who graduated with a Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL.  She joined our practice in August 2014 after working for twelve years in General Pediatrics.  She is well versed in treating patients with allergic rhinitis, asthma, eczema, hives, and sinusitis.  Leah has also worked part-time as an adjunct faculty member at her alma mater, Midwestern University, teaching PA students physical examination skills and facilitating Clinical Medicine case groups.  When not working, Leah cares for her son and daughter, ages 7 and 5 at their home in Elmhurst, IL.  Her hobbies/interests include fitness, photography, and travel.
