    • Mounds View School Bond Proposal (Yes or No)  (I'm voting YES)
    • Mounds View Public Schools, School Board - ISD #621 (Elect 3)
    • St. Anthony-New Brighton Public Schools, School Board - ISD #282 (Elect 3) 

Absentee Voting Hours At City Hall

In-person absentee voting hours are generally Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 4:30pm beginning September 22, 2017 with the following exceptions:

  • Saturday, November 4, 2017 – City Offices open extended hours from 10:00am – 3:00pm for the purpose of in-person absentee voting
  • Monday, November 6, 2017 – City Offices open extended hours from 8:00am – 5:00pm for the purpose of in-person absentee voting

Requirements for the return of an absentee ballot

  • Absentee ballots CANNOT be delivered directly to a polling place.
  • Absentee ballots delivered by mail must be received by the New Brighton City Clerk at New Brighton City Hall by the last regular mail delivery on Election Day.
  • Absentee ballots hand delivered by an agent of the voter (a commercial delivery service or any individual other than the voter) must be received by the City Clerk at New Brighton City Hall by 3:00pm on Election Day.
  • A new law effective in 2016 also permits absentee ballots to be delivered by a commercial delivery service (UPS, FedEx etc) to Ramsey County Elections located at 90 Plato Blvd #160; St. Paul MN 55107 before 8:00pm on Election Day. If you are returning your absentee ballot to Ramsey County via professional delivery service on Election Day, please call Ramsey County Elections at 651.266.2171 to let them know to watch for it.
