Total Body

This class is a COMPLETE body workout, inside and out. There is a focus on all muscles sets, and strength training. Includes step aerobics, cardio, and increases your flexibility.


Dance Fitness

A dance fitness class made to make U SWEAT! Class consists of energetic,exciting,and fun dance routines choreographed
to the latest hits. Moves that target the abs,hips,thighs and strengthens the core to improve flexibility.All combined into a high intensity interval training dance to give U an all over makeover! So put on those dancing shoes and get ready to dance your way into fitness!


Yoga

Beginner level yoga, that is a compliment to a complete exercise program, or just a therapeutic escape at the end of the week. Learn breathing practices, careful poses offer mild cardio and really strengthen that heart muscle.



Tabata

This class is specifically designed to rev up your metabolism fast, and effectively. Every class is a new challenge! Tabata  is NOT a low impact class, all though it can be modified, and is manageable at any fitness level.


 Pilates

 A system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and conditions the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture,reduces stress, and creates lean muscles without bulking up.U can except an increase in flexibility, moblitity,balance and body awareness.
