Maritea

We met Eric, Celine, and their little monsters Juliette and Damian on the Greek island of Hydra in June 2006.  Since then they have been our constant cruising companions and we plan to voyage together for many years to come.  Take a look and see if you can spot us on their website.

Limerence

Doug and Judy are always good company.  They were two boats up from us in Porto Turistico di Roma during our first year off wintering and introduced us to the protocols of the VHF net and weather forcasting.  Now sadly back in the States they will have to wait for us to cross the pond before we see them again.

Ti-Gitu

Paul and Mo shared the delights of a frozen sea while wintering in Falmouth with us.  Paul is a fab designer of steel boats.  Mo is an inspiration to Helen as she has crossed the Atlantic singlehanded despite suffering from sea sickness.

Veleda IV

Aubrey is perhaps the most prolific log writer we have ever met and Judy is a world class mechanic.  Veleda IV also wintered with us at Rome.

Kari

Ted, Philly, Osh, Cian and Soracha sail on Kari, a Nicholson 48, big sister to Alexina.  Good choice chaps.  We met them in Greece and have intentionally bumped into them on many occasions since.  About time you updated your website guys!

Bickertons

We first saw Matthew's smiling face when we tied up in a crowded marina in Corsica after a gruelling night of strong winds and anchors dragging. He and Pauline soon became firm friends and we cruised with them and their beautiful yacht Pina Colada on many occasions. Now sadly land based we have to travel to Portugal to see them.

Marmaris Chums

Marmaris Yacht Marina is enormous, we met so many other cruisers here they have their own page.
