Hello! I'm an economist on Amazon's PXT Central Science team, working on research to make Amazon earth's best employer.

In my academic research I have studied the politics of corruption in city governments, the effect that teachers have on public schools when they enter politics, and the sources of the urban wage premium.  

Broadly, my fields of interest are labor economics, political economy, and economic development.

Beyond economics, I have a variety of interests, including travel, art, music, foreign languages, and the outdoors.
