Pineapple Salsa

makes about 2 cups


1 cup chopped fresh pineapple

1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper 

1/2 cup chopped red onion

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

1 small jalapeño, seeds and ribs removed, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice


1. In medium serving bowl, stir together all of the ingredients. Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
