I am a Senior Software Engineer at Walt Disney Animation Studios in the Simulation team.  I received my Ph.D. in applied math at UCLA.  My work is primarily in physics-based simulation for movie special effects.

I really like penguins and chinchillas.

I recently took a job at Disney Animation Studios as a Senior Software Engineer.

Also, my SIGGRAPH paper was accepted this year.

And I successfully defended last week.  I still have some minor revisions I would like to make and some coursework to finish, but I am pretty much done now.
