Parents are welcome to bring their child into the playground or drop them off at the gate in the mornings from 8.45am onwards. Teachers are available to talk to if needed on the playground from 8.45am until the bell rings at 8.50am. At this time the children line up in their classes and the teacher then leads each class into school to begin the day. The gate is locked at 9am so any late arrivals must come to the school office to register and be let in. The gate is unlocked at 3.20pm to allow parents/carers to wait on the bottom playground where the children will be brought out at 3.30pm.

On rare occasions school may have to be shut for the day due to bad weather or other reasons. If this happens each parent will be contacted by phone by one of our Governors. We aim to make a decision by 7.15am and let everyone know by 8am. You should listen to Radio Norfolk or Heart East Anglia for school closure listings and check the Norfolk County Council website for a list of closed schools on the following address: http://www.schoolclosures.norfolk.gov.uk/
