I am currently a Ph.D. student (since Jan. 2014) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, advised by Professor Rebecca Willet. I am in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, and am a part of Wisconsin Institute of Discovery's Optimization group. My research interests lie somewhere in statistical signal processing, optimization techniques, and machine learning, especially in applications related to imaging.

Prior to UW-Madison, I was at Duke University, where I completed the B.S.E. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Biomedical Engineering, with a minor in Mathematics, in May 2012. I also completed the M.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Duke in Dec. 2013.

In the summer of 2013, I was a research intern in the Naval Research Laboratory's Optical Sciences Division, advised by Dr. Jonathan Nichols.
