I am a Post-Doctoral Associate in the Division of Social Science at NYU Abu Dhabi. This year I am on the job market and will be attending the ASSA meetings in Atlanta and the European Job Market Meeting in Naples. My job market paper is The Ghost of Institutions Past: History as an Obstacle to Fighting Tax Evasion. My research and teaching statement are available upon request.
Most of my research is in the fields of political economy and public economics, where I combine experimental methods and game theoretic modelling.
Before joining NYUAD in September 2015, I was a PhD student at the Center for Research in Experimental Economics and Political Decision making (CREED) at the University of Amsterdam and at the Tinbergen Institute. My thesis supervisor was Arthur Schram.
