AIS STEM Symposium & Digital Technologies Conference 2016
A unique amalgamation of two exciting educational events...
27th & 28th October, 2016 - University of Technology (UTS), Sydney

The AISNSW Digital Technologies Conference 2016: The Bigger Picture conference (Formerly the AIS ICT Integration Conference), this year expands to include a much broader look at the ways Technology and Information Communication Technology (ICT) is being taught in schools both as a general capability and also in the more technical and related subjects of Design and Technology and Information and Digital Technology. The program will cater for educators interested in pedagogical and integrated approaches as well as educators involved in the more or more technically specific approach to teaching with or about technology (including STEM/STEAM through the combining of the AIS 2016 STEM Symposium).

The 2016 AISNSW STEM Symposium is a showcase of 25 Round 2 STEM projects from schools across NSW and the ACT. Projects include drones, robots, makerspaces, aquaponics, physical computing, collaborative cloud networks, STEAM and even cheese making. AIS NSW Round 3 STEM schools will introduce their 2016-17 funded projects. Presenters will include leading STEM experts, educators and students.
