Heat 2 and 3 heart-rate
I figured that since I get pretty knackered when driving longer heats it would be interesting to see if I can find out why and when. Here are two heats driven back to back with only a few minutes to run out, drink some water and then run back in and drive some more. These are just quick 10 minute heats, but still, you see the average heart rate rise steadily as you drive on. I'm going to wear the heart monitor the next time we do a 20 or 30 minute heat to see if I pass 185. My guess is that I probably do after about 15-16 minutes. No wonder my right arm (there's a right-right section on that other track that is pretty hard work) almost quit on me after doing 45 minutes in 3 roughly 15 minute stints a few weeks ago. Pretty good cardio workout though :-) (This gave me an idea: what if we bring the monitor and a GPS the next time we go on the NÃ¼rburgring Nordschleife and see if there are any recognizable patterns :-))
