Screwy propeller, Nature Air flight Costa Rica
No, the plane was fine - it's a funny effect cause by my iPhone trying to capture the speed of the propeller. And the airline, Nature Air is amazing. It's Costa Rica's primary regional airline, it's the world's first totally carbon neutral airline, and it's run at a world-class level. American carriers could learn a few lessons from these guys. The plane we were on had oversized windows that let you take in the view in a way I never have before. Perfect for aerial photography. Taken on an iPhone.
After a flight to LA, an overnight flight to Costa Rica, a 3 hour wait in the airport, a cab ride to Pavas airport, we are once again flying. Nature Air was a great airline and we used it many times. Pictured above is Alanna after 5000 hours of travel without even getting there yet.
