How are projects funded? How do I know if a project has multiple funding resources from other AID chapters or outside resources.

Projects are funded by individual chapters using the funds raised from fundraising events and donations. Volunteer, called as project coordinators (PC), actively solicit project proposals from NGOs in India with the help of the AID Projects Team and the chapter's overall project coordinator (OPC). Each PC thoroughly evaluates his/her project, reviews it with the chapter before taking a vote to fund the project by the chapter. Using a projects database, the AID Projects Team and the chapter's overall projects coordinator would know more about multiple funding resources for the project.
