Aidan works at the Centre for Atmospheric and Instrumentation Research (CAIR) at the University of Hertfordshire. He is an Earth System Scientist with interests in land surface-climate interactions, paleoclimate and air-quality modelling. Studying at Bristol University (BRIDGE) he looked at linking hydrology, vegetation and atmospheric models and applied these for his PhD which investigated climate change in Late Quaternary Africa. Now Aidan works on Air Quality models and their skill across different spatial scales. Aidan's background is in Earth Sciences, having studied Environmental Geoscience at Edinburgh University.
