As principal of Saltz Michelson Architects, Charles A. Michelson, AIA, LEED AP directs all projects within the public sector. His duties, aside from office management, include client relations and administrative activities while maintaining an active role in the planning, design, and production of medical, governmental and educational projects for the firm. With his background in Urban Planning, he also participates in programming, feasibility studies, site planning and other research projects.
Mr. Michelson’s depth of technical and professional expertise enables Saltz Michelson Architects to prepare and execute, on time and within budget, a variety of technically sophisticated projects catering to the special needs and specific requirements of the firm’s clients.
Mr. Michelson is engaged in the South Florida Community. He is currently on the Board of Directors for the South Florida Hospital and Healthcare Association (SFHHA), is immediate past President of the Bonsai Societies of Florida, and is on the Finance and Audit Committee of the Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida after serving on their Board for a decade.
