AHEPA & DOP District Governors reports
Present and approve Educational Foundation reports (Chairman & Treasurer)
Nominate Educational Foundation board members
Present motions requiring joint approval (e.g. District Liability Insurance)


 Breakout Sessions  - 10:00 - 11:45 a.m.

Session #2A - Brothers
Session #2B - Daughters of Penelope


Session #3 - Joint session Brothers & Daughters - 12:00 - 12:30 pm
Vote for nominated Educational Foundation board members

AHEPA Gathering December 20

Youth Involvement: The District Lodge is putting forth much effort in the attempt to attract the youth into AHEPA. On December 20, 2014 Lieutenant Governor/S.O.P. Adviser Dr.Evans Farres planned and funded an afternoon event at C.J.Barrymores in Clinton Township. We had nine young adults, between the ages of 16-23, show up to talk about AHEPA, eat, and play games. A good time was had by all! Our next event targeting the youth will take place on June 20, 2015. It will be a boat cruise on the Detroit River. This event will, once again, target the youth to familiarize them with AHEPA and all the good things that we do. This event will be headed up by Lieutenant Governor/S.O.P. Adviser Dr. Evans Farres along with Marshall George Zaharopoulos (President of the Saginaw Chapter). More information to come.
