All presenters have already received an email that directs to our online registration form, and provides information about special conference rates for accommodations at the Holiday Inn (Bloor-Yorkville) in Toronto. We have secured a number of rooms at a special conference rate for presenters; please consult the email (sent Friday November 19) for booking codes.
All presenters are asked to submit the online registration form (web link included in email of Friday November 19) at their earliest convenience, but before December 30, 2010.
Registration fees for this conference must be paid via cheque or money order ($50 CDN for non-graduate-student presenters; $30 CDN for graduate-student presenters).
Please make out cheque or money order to "The University of Toronto."
