Scrum operates over a simple cycle: At the start of a project, the product owner creates a product backlog that defines what the product should do. The Scrum team analyzes the product backlog and collectively decides how they will build the product, starting with the most important features. The team will plan for a 30-day iteration, at then end of each the team will demonstrate what they have achieved, regroup and plan for the next iteration. On a day to day basis, the Scrum team works with a Scrum Master who helps the team remove any road-blocks.
