Introduction to Scrum

Scrum operates over a simple cycle: At the start of a project, the Product Owner creates a Product Backlog that defines what the product should do. The Scrum Team analyzes the Product Backlog and collectively decides how they will build the product, starting with the most important features. The Scrum Team, facilitated by a ScrumMaster, will plan for a 30-day iteration, known as a Sprint, at then end of each the Scrum Team will demonstrate what they have achieved by demoing their Increment of Product Functionality, regroup and plan for the next Sprint. On a day to day basis, the Scrum Team works with a ScrumMaster in a Daily Scrum meeting and help remove any roadblocks.
