Scrum is an end-to-end technique that allows an organization to carry the software development of a product or specific project.

Scrum is very much in-line with the idea of Agile development in the sense that:
  • The methodology is people oriented.
  • The development is incremental and iterative.
  • The "ceremony" of the paperwork is kept to a very minimal.

This site is a Scrum Process Asset Library (PAL) and repository of information for Scrum practitioners.
