Our first Football Game will be on 8/25/17 and we need your help and support. 
Please take a moment and check your schedule if you will be available to help either at the concession or prepare food and drop off.

Band Camp Start Postponed until Wed 8/2

Band Camp start has been postponed until Wed 8/2, 9am due to a AGPD Training that will be occurring at the same time on the campus.

AGHS Eagle Band & Color Guard families,


Please find attached PDF file a complete package for our Band Camp this upcoming Tuesday 8/1/17.


·         Introduction letter from our Band Director.

·         Calendar (please note, correction for 12/20/17 – Grover Beach Holiday Parade)

·         Uniform Agreement  (must turn in first day of band camp with deposit)

·         Spirit Package  (must turn in first day of band camp with payment)

·         Merchandise order form

·         Volunteer Opportunities or 

·         Sponsorship Fundraiser  (must turn in first day of band camp with complete address form)

·         Upcoming fundraiser event and information:

o   AGHS Band & Color Guard Spirit Night August 31st – Chipotle 4:00-pm – 8:00pm

o   AGHS Band & Color Guard Amazonsmile program (Search for Arroyo Grande High School Music Boosters Club)


In addition, we do need additional help for different tasks/events as soon as possible. 


  • Uniform fitting day 8/7/17 & 8/8/17:  (2nd week of band camp) 

  • AGHS Football Home Games- Band and Color Guard Concession:  1st Friday Football game following week after school start.

Band & Color Spirit Night - August 31st, 4-8 pm

Make dinner at selfless act by joining us for a fundraiser to support Arroyo Grande High School Marching Band & Color Guard. Come in to the Chipotle at 1229 E. Grand Ave., Arroyo Grande on Thursday, August 31st between 4:00pm and 8:00 pm. Bring in this flyer, show it on your smartphone or tell the cashier you're supporting the cause to make sure that 50% of the proceeds will be donated to Arroyo Grande High School Marching Band and Color Guard.

Enclosed please find the 2017-2018 AGHS Band & Color Calendar scheduled dates for practice, parades, competitions throughout the year.


 Today is the deadline to turn in 2017-2018 Band Camp Sprit Order Form and Merchandise order form (optional).   

I will attached all forms from previous email for your convenience.  Remember all forms & payments must be turn in first day of the band camp.

Band Camp - Aug 1 through Aug 11, 9 am - 6 pm

Dear AGHS Eagle Band and Color Guard families,

 Welcome to the 2017-2018 school year! Our band camp is rapidly approaching and there are a few important details I would like to inform you about. The first and most important detail is band camp for all students enrolled in band and color guard classes is MANDATORY!  Please understand, that it is vital to the success of the band that everyone attend.  Band camp will begin on Tuesday, August 1st and run until Friday, August 11th with no rehearsal on the weekend. Students need to be ready to practice at 9 am and plan to be at camp until 6 pm each day.   Please watch your email in the coming days for more information including what students need to bring to camp.

I am looking forward to working with your students this year and making this marching season a success.

Harvest Festival 9/27/2014

Saturday 9/27/14
Entrants should be staged by: 9:00 am in the BofA Parking Lot
Parade starts at:                     10:00 am.
Parade Participants MUST enter the staging area from the Brisco Street exit off of Hwy 101.  No Other Entrance Allowed Get onto West Branch, from Brisco, and drive south.   There will be people to help you to your staging location.  
Drop-off:          BofA for the Band Members.  
                       Exit the dirt road out of the top of the lot.
W. Branch, next to the freeway, will be 1 way, and 1 way only!
No Exceptions
