AGES Initiatives envisions all Orthodox Churches having the texts, music, and trained singers needed to maintain the fullest possible liturgical life.

AGES Initiatives, Inc. was founded in 2012 as a nonprofit corporation by Fr. Seraphim Dedes, best known for translating and suppling free liturgical texts and music to churches worldwide.

In 2021, the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America acquired the assets of AGES Initiatives, including the Digital Chant Stand, the most popular AGES resource. Fr. Seraphim Dedes joined the Archdiocesan Staff as Digital Liturgical Content Manager, Liturgical Translator and Typikaris.
