Leveraging Facebook for Lead Generation
 
What if there was an advertising program that allowed you to advertise as much as you wanted, but only charged you for the ads that actually worked? Great news, Facebook ads do just that!
 
Facebook advertising is unique in that it allows you to create ads that will be seen ONLY by those people who the ad actually pertains to AND you only pay if the viewer actually clicks on the ad. PLUS, you get to control how much you pay per click and how much you spend each day.
 
If you haven't tested the waters yet, you can get started by clicking on the "Ads and Pages" link to the left of your Facebook homepage. It's very easy to setup and you can go to Facebook.com/advertising to review the steps and best practices.
 
Here are some ideas on what kinds of Facebook ads you can use to generate business:
  • Show your prospective sellers how you can advertise their listings on Facebook. Chances are none of your competitors are doing this, ensuring your listing presentation will stand out!
  • Offer seminars on investing, foreclosures/short-sales, investing with IRA funds, understanding the mortgage maze, how to prepare your home for sale, anything you can think of!  
  • Create ads targeting a specific community and link to a custom page on your website that provides neighborhood information and active listing results.
