Stamford in Lincolnshire. The town has more than 600 Listed (that is to say protected for historical reasons) buildings. We stopped off here and had lunch. We also stopped into an "Australian Shop" which was really quite hilarious. About the only genuinely Australian thing they had was a packet of Arnotts Shapes.
