I am a Ph.D. candidate (all but dissertation) in Computer Science at the University of Texas at Arlington. Currently, I am working in Innovative Database and Information Systems Research Lab under the supervision of Dr. Chengkai Li. My present research interests involve database and data mining with a focus on Pareto-optimization. In this regard, I develop algorithms along with software tools. I have publications in major conferences in database, data mining and information retrieval such as VLDB, ICDE, EDBT, and CIKM. My work won the Excellent Demonstration Award, VLDB 2014. I have completed my B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. I worked as a Software Engineer in two leading firms in Bangladesh.
