I'm a Ph.D student in the Odum School of Ecology at the University of Georgia, advised by Drs. Sonia Altizer and Vanessa Ezenwa.

My research focuses on understanding the host traits that lead to variation in immune defense against pathogens in wild animals.

I am primarily interested in how the behavior of individuals and populations contributes to immunity.

I use a combination of field studies and lab experiments to address these questions in the fields of eco-immunology, disease ecology, and animal behavior.  I have experience working across diverse taxa.
