Dues: Dues are collected in May. Dues for members over 75 years are paid by the Virginia Bailey Memorial Fund.

                                    Any woman is welcome to become a member of the club; please contact any member listed in the directory for information on joining
Executive Board: 1st Thursday of each month at noon at Sunrise Bluffs Media Room or on a day, time and place designated by the President
All members are welcome at board meetings please notify the president in advance if you have business to propose
Meeting Minutes: Available at the Chouteau County Library or contact the Club Secretary
**Hostess : Make coffee before meeting, handle microphone during meeting, help serve meal, clean up afterward and take out garbage

**Program/Decoration : Plan a program, notify the Vice President two weeks in advance, decorate tables
before meeting and assign a member for meeting invocation

**It is the responsibility of the individual member to find a replacement for duties she
is unable to complete and notify the President
