Jenna Gymnastics Floor Exercise! The Song is Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go! By WHAM!
I think our niece Jenna got first place in Floor Exercise at this meet! I can't remember the score. I want to say she got a 9.75. My sister is going to let me know so I'm accurate here. =o) Jenna is a Prep-Op, which means she's on the verge of level 7. Just needs that back handspring on the beam, which of course is always the most white knuckled event to watch. Jenna is beautiful and confident! I cried like a big dork when I was taking this video. I'm SO proud of you Nens! Like her Aunt Kathleen, Jenna doesn't get nervous, or at the very least does not appear to be nervous. I don't get nervous, because I always make sure I am prepared, I know I will do my best, and so I have nothing thing to fear. I assume it is the same with J-Mo! This young lady spends hours and hours at the gym. She's very dedicated and also so much fun. Her joy makes your heart ache in a good way! We love her, her brother and our other nieces and nephew so much. We are the luckiest Aunt and Uncle in the WORLD!!! Thanks for viewing!! =o) ***All rights to my images are STRICTLY reserved. Kegel Exercise Weights
Kegel Exercise Weights are easy to use and they offer several advantages over other weight sets: 1) they require no assembly or reassembly when you want to increase or decrease the weight you exercise with. 2) there are six weights - more than in any other vaginal weight set on the market. 3) Pelvic Floor Exercise Weights have a large weight range (20 to 95 grams), which is important since most women like to exercise with lower weights in the evening when the pelvic floor is tired. You should expect this training program to take 1-2 months of consistent participation to achieve significant results which may include reduced urine leakage and improved sexual pleasure. Please remember to discuss issues of incontinence with your doctor before beginning a training program with Kegel Exercise Weights. Some forms of incontinence may not be improved by strengthening your pelvic floor muscles.
