About the Book: Life is easy on the beaches of Kuta-as long as you're a westerner. Everything and everybody is up for sale. But, after eight years of sun, sand, and sex, Jack is growing weary of paradise. And when George, a spooky fellow Brit, turns up as a tourist, he sets off a chain of events that changes life on Bali's gay scene forever. Witty and thought-provoking, Kuta Bubbles explores the uneasy relationship between east and west, and asks what it means to be gay and grey at the start of the twenty-first century. About the Author: Alan Brayne lived in Indonesia between 1996 and 2002, including two years in Bali. Kuta Bubbles is the second part of a trilogy of novels set in the country. The first, Jakarta Shadows, was described as "a wonderful debut from a writer who deserves a large audience" in a starred review in Booklist. Alan is currently living and working in Malta.

Very ideal location to the tourist spots, just few minutes walking distance to all the hot spots in Kuta Beach. But the only cons is the wall doesn't provide good sound proof. So this doesn't provide a very good night sleep to us.
