ODu Excels at 99th International Convention
The Omicron Deuteron chapter of Alpha Epsilon Pi had great success at AEPI's 99th Convention in Phoenix, Arizona. Brother Master Alec Zucker was elected to one of the most prestigious positions any undergraduate can hold. At convention, Zucker ran for and got elected to the position of Undergraduate Supreme Governor. This position entitles him to sit and have a vote on AEPi's National Supreme Board of Governors, making him one of two undergraduates in all of AEPi to do so. Having Zucker in this position is very beneficial to the growth of Omicron Deuteron as he represents our beliefs and opinions on a national level. Midwest Regional conclave 2012
This year's Midwest Regional Conclave was hosted by the Michigan Chapter in Ann Arbor. Nine Omicron Deuteron brothers attended the event to learn more about AEPi and meet brothers from other schools. Brothers learned about the risks of hazing, recruitment and the pros and cons to social media. On saturday the attendees had the option to go and learn about several different aspects of the fraternity including: Master, Lieutenant Master, Scribe, Exchequer, Member at Large/brotherhood Chair, Rush Chairman, Pledge Master, Social Chair, House Manger and sessions about how to make your chapter fiscally stable, philanthropy, working for the fraternity, how to get a house and attending a discussion with an Israeli Soldier who spent the weekend with the ...

This fall quarter, The Omicron Deuteron Chapter will celebrate its 64th year here at the University of Cincinnati. While this is a great accomplishment for our chapter, we pause just for a moment to remember just how unique, and extraordinary it is that we are here. While our official year of chartering is 1947, our chapter has been a part of the University for much longer, dating back almost twenty-seven year earlier. In 1920 a dozen Jewish men became the Beta chapter of Sigma Tau Phi, a Jewish architecture and engineering fraternity.
