Nothing can beat the great taste of homemade baking. I woke up & felt like baking. I had my low caloire bread and ripe bananas. Of course it's time to make some bread pudding! I made my own recipe (will post it on allrecipes.com soon) & I have to say wow. Even though this is a very low calorie breakfast treat it as very strong banana flavor and its sweet enough to have for dessert too. Happy Baking Saturday!
