Upside Down Pizza Bake

1/2 pound mild Italian sausage
1/2 red onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic
1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes
1 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, grated
1 pkg refrigerated pizza crust
1 can pizza sauce
1 t. olive oil
Parmesan cheese

Cook sausage, onion, pepper until meat is browned and veggies are tender. Add garlic, mushrooms, olives, pepperoni, and tomatoes. Heat through to cook mushrooms, then transfer to a greased 8 X 11 1/2 pan. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Slice dough into 12 slices, then cut each slice in half. Place on top of cheese. Brush with oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
