Stovetop Chicken

6-8 chicken tenders
1 package stuffing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. sour cream
1 c. lukewarm water

Brown chicken - it does not need to be fully cooked at this point. Place chicken in 9x13 baking pan. Mix stuffing with water and let sit a few minutes. Meanwhile, combine soup and sour cream. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle stuffing on top. Bake, covered with foil,  at 350 for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes to crisp the stuffing.
