7 large manicotti shells {This is half a box, feel free to double if you need more for your family}
2 c. mozzarella cheese, grated
1 c. ricotta cheese
1 T. basil
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile mix together 1 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese with ricotta and basil. Once shells are done, remove from water and let cool slightly. Stuff shells with cheese mixture. Pour 1 c. spaghetti sauce into a greased 7 X 9 pan {9 X 13 if doubling}. Place manicotti in pan. Pour over remaining sauce being sure to cover all the noodles. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake 20-30 minutes until bubbling hot.
