Crockpot Chicken & Broccoli over Rice

7-8 chicken tenders
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cheddar soup
1 can chicken broth {or add a soup can full of water and a teaspoon of bouillon}
1/2 t. cajun seasoning
1/4 t. garlic salt
1 c. sour cream
6 c. broccoli, boiled 6-7 minutes before adding to crockpot
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
cooked rice

Add first 6 ingredients to the crockpot. Cook on low 6 hours or high 3 hours. Shred chicken, add sour cream, cooked broccoli and cheese. Cook another 1/2 hour on high. Serve over cooked rice.

I usually use 1 1/2 c. - 2 c. rice. Place it in a pan with double the amount of water. Bring it to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
