Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

30 mushrooms {about 2 pounds}

4 oz. cream cheese, softened

2 T. mayonnaise

1/3 c. Swiss cheese, grated

2 T. Parmesan cheese, grated  {not the powder kind}

1/2 t. hot sauce

1/2 t. Old Bay seasoning

salt and pepper

1 can {4.25 oz} crab meat

Wash and remove stems from mushrooms. When removing stem, remove as deep into the cap as you can to create a bowl for the filling.

Mix cream cheese until soft and creamy. Add remaining ingredients {except the mushrooms} Mix well. Spoon mixture into each mushroom cap. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes until warm and cheese is melty.
