Beef Stroganoff

1 lb. hamburger
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3 T. flour
1/2 c. water
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 c. sour cream
rice, cooked
egg noodles, cooked

Brown hamburger with garlic and onions. Stir in flour. Add water, soup and mushrooms. Bring to a simmer. Add sour cream. Heat through. Serve over noodles or rice.
