1 cup Superfine Brown Rice Flour

1 cup Superfine White Rice Flour

2/3 cup Potato Starch

1/3 cup Tapioca Starch

1 tsp Xanthan Gum (for corn-free, use an equal amount of Guar Gum)

  • Sift Everything together in a medium size bowl, set aside.
