Advance Call Recorder does not collect or transfer any data to us or to any third party unless stated below.

Microphone access

Advance Call Recorder must use your phone's microphone and call audio source to record calls. Advance Call Recorder does not collect or transfer any audio or voice data to us or to any third party.

Naturally, if you use cloud services it will have to transfer the recording of your calls to the cloud service of your choice

Location access

Advance Call Recorder can use your phone's current location to identify area where you record a calls. Location information is available to your device and Advance Call Recorder does not transfer your location information to server or any third party services.

Naturally, if you use cloud services it will have to transfer with recording of your calls to the cloud service of your choice.

Contacts access

Advance Call Recorder uses your contacts to match recordings to contacts and display recording information under contact names. It also uses contacts to apply recording and listing filters you might select. Advance Call Recorder does not collect or transfer any contact data to us or to any third party.

Cloud services

Advance Call Recorder supports cloud services such as Dropbox and Google drive. These services are being accessed if and when user links their account with Advance Call Recorder . Due to nature of linking and access, Advance Call Recorder can only access certain areas of the cloud service and these are clearly explained to user during authorization request by the cloud service.

Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)

FCM is part of the core of the Android and used by Google and developers to communicate with your phone via Google services. If you choose to receive updates within Advance Call Recorder settings, Advance Call Recorder uses FCM to deliver notifications about updates and promotions related to Advance Call Recorder , to you. In order to do that we store a very long random string of text that is unique to Advance Call Recorder . This information does not contain any personal information whatsoever and cannot be used anywhere apart from Advance Call Recorder . Legal

You are not to use Advance Call Recorder in any way that might be illegal or unlawful under local and international laws. You must remove Advance Call Recorder from your device if you have any doubts

You are responsible to check legality of call recording in your country and remove Advance Call Recorder if it is not permitted by law.

You accept that; we do not have any sort of liability what so ever for anything that may arise from the use of our properties including our apps and/or our communications apart from the Pro license fee you may have paid

Support for pro version

We will do anything we can to fix issues you might have with Advance Call Recorder. Unfortunately, call recording on Android depends on the phone and Android version.

Please try Advance Call Recorder free version before upgrading to pro version.

- We might not be able to solve the issue if you upgrade to a new Android version which might have call recording issues

- We might not be able to solve the issue if you change your phone to a different one

Google Play refund policy is 2 hours. However, we can offer refund under above circumstances if you have bought the pro version 30 days before you submit your issue
