Apple Blackberry Gallette


1 Granny Smith Apple, peeled, cored, and sliced very thin

2 cups blackberries

2 tsp butter melted

1/8 tsp salt

1/4 cup Copycat Gentle Sweet, or stevia, Splenda, Swerve, or Sugar

1 Pillsbury Pie Crust


Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Lay you pie crust on a piece of parchment on a baking sheet

Put you apples and blackberries in a bowl and add the butter, salt, and sweetener and stir together.

Lay the apples on the pie crust starting at the center in a circular pattern leaving 2 inches from the edge free to fold over the apples and blackberries

 Then pour the blackberries over the apples

Next, fold the pie crust over the edge of the apples and blackberries.

Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, until the crust is done and lightly browned.

Let sit for at least 10 minutes before cutting to let the juices firm up
