Cottage features one bedroom with full size bed and full size pull-out sofa in living room; full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, cook ware, dish ware and utensils; bathroom with ample hot water shower; cable tv; ceiling fans; and outdoor grill. Enjoy the river and mountain views from screened porch.

Rowboat, paddle-boat and canoe can be provided. Your power boat can be launched on Schroon Lake public launch and driven down river to dock on property. Check on max boat size.

 Scenic drives to Gore Mountain (20 minutes), Lake George (20 minutes), Saratoga (30 minutes),Lake Placid (hour), and other Adirondack locations.

Available for daily or weekly rental.

2025 Rates: May, June 1-13, September 6-30, October: $100/night (3 night minimum) $600/week.

                          June 14-30,July, August,  up to September5: $700/week.
