I am an Associate Professor at the Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology (DA-IICT), Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.
I finished my Ph.D with the Image group at the Department of Computer Science, University of Copenhagen in April 2010, following which I joined DAIICT.
My Ph.D supervisors were Prof. Mads Nielsen and Prof. Francois Lauze. As a part of the Ph.D. studies, I worked with Prof. Benjamin Kimia at the LEMS lab, Division of Engineering, Brown University, USA for a period of 5 months (Sep 08 - Jan 09).
