Peppercorn Dressing Wedge Salad

What you'll need:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice [from about 1 medium lemon]
  • 2 tablespoons milk [not nonfat]
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper
  • 2 medium garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt or sea salt
  • iceberg lettuce
  • your favorite salad toppings. I used: bacon, tomatoes, green onions and feta cheese
Directions:
  1. Combine ingredients and whisk until well blended
  2. Cut lettuce into wedges
  3. Pour dressing and add your favorite toppings
  4. Prepare to be rocked and eat it every day
*dressing should last for about 5-7 days
