Para atualizar o firmware acesse o link ou esse link e insira o modelo JL382A e baixe o firmware mais novo

Configurações Network

Acesse Setup Network > Get Connect e ajuste as configurações

Internet Protocol Address: IPV4

Protocol Type: Static

IP Address: 192.168.1.45

Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0

Gateway Address: 192.168.1.254

HTTP Session Soft Time Out (Minutes): 20

Apply

Acesse Setup Network > System Time e ajuste as configurações

Time Format: 24 hours

Apply

Acesse Setup Network > System Time > Time e ajuste as configurações

Set System Time: Using Simple Network Time Protocol (SNTP)

SNTP Client: Enabled

SNTP/NTP Server: 200.160.7.186

Server Port: 123

Apply

Acesse Setup Network > System Time > Time Zone e ajuste as configurações

Time Zone: (GMT-03:00) Brasilia

Apply

Acesse Setup Network > User Accounts e ajuste as configurações

Edite admin account e troque a senha

Apply

Clique em Save Configuration para salvar as configurações realizadas.

Configurações Switching

Acesse Switching > Flow Control e ajuste as configurações

Flow Control: Enabled

Acesse Switching > Spanning Tree e ajuste as configurações

Spanning Tree Admin Mode: Enabled

Force Protocol Version: MSTP

Acesse Switching > Loop Protection e ajuste as configurações

Loop Protection: Enabled

Acesse Switching > SNMP e ajuste as configurações

Community Name: privite e public - Remove

Clique em Save Configuration para salvar as configurações realizadas.

Configurações VLAN

Acesse VLAN > Configuration > Add

VLAN0099 - 99

Acesse VLAN > Port Membership para configurar as portas

VLAN0099 - RANGE PORT 2-51 - Include and Untagged

VLAN0099 - RANGE TRK 1-16 - Include and Untagged

Setup Network > Get Connect

Management VLAN ID: 99

Nota: a interface poderá apresentar falha, caso ocorra espere 3 minutos e tente conectar novamente e configurar novamente o parametro Management VLAN ID: 99.

Troque o cabo da port 1 para port 2
Troque o cabo da port 48 para port 47
Teste o acesso do gerenciamento do switch, se ok continue os passos abaixo.

Acesse VLAN > Port Membership

VLAN0099 - RANGE PORT 1,52 - Include and Untagged

Clique em Save Configuration para salvar as configurações realizadas.

Acesse VLAN > Configuration > Add e adicione novas VLAN's

VLAN0100 - 100

VLAN0200 - 200

VLAN0255 - 255

VLAN0300 - 300

VLAN0301 - 301

Acesse VLAN > Port Membership e defina as portas Tagged

VLAN0099 - RANGE PORT 41,43 - Include and Untagged - Recebe a WAN

VLAN0099 - RANGE PORT 45,47 - Include and Tagged

VLAN0100 - RANGE PORT 45,47 - Include and Tagged

VLAN0200 - RANGE PORT 45,47 - Include and Tagged

VLAN0255 - RANGE PORT 45,47 - Include and Tagged

VLAN0300 - RANGE PORT 45,47 - Include and Tagged

VLAN0301 - RANGE PORT 45,47 - Include and Tagged

TRUNK

As portas Trunk são utilizadas para conexão entre outros switchs

Enable TELNET e SSH - Firmware acima do PD.02.06 não funciona

Versão de firmware testada PD.01.08 com atualização para PD.02.06. Acima da versao PD.02.06 não funciona os paremetros abaixo.
Para habilitar o serviço telnet acesse as configurações do switch via http e faca o download da configuração startup-config em Maintenance > Backup and Update Manager > HTTP > Backup file. Acesse o arquivo e ajuste conforme abaixo:

Faça upload do arquivo substituindo o startup-config e após finalizado reinicie o equipamento. Não salve pois ira modificar o aquivo startup-config.

Para habilitar o serviço SSH conecte via Telnet e configure o Switch para uso.
