1 pkg Montana Wild Huckleberry Pancake Mix
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. canola oil
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Spray a cupcake tin with baking spray and fill with the huckleberry batter divided evenly between the 12 cups. Bake in a preheated 350* oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
