Soy Bean and Farfalle Soup

1 lb. Frozen Soy Beans (Edamame)

8 c. Homemade Chicken Stock

6 oz. Farfalle (Bow tie) Noodles

1 T. lemon Juice

Salt and Pepper to taste

Parmesan Cheese for Serving

In a large pot, bring the Chicken Stock to a boil.  Add the pasta and cook for 9-12 minutes or until al dente.

Add the soy beans and lemon.  Taste and season with salt and pepper.  Ladle into bowls and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
