Slow Cooker BBQ Short Ribs

3-4 Meaty Pork Short Ribs

salt and pepper to taste

1 c. catsup

1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce

1 T. minced garlic

1 T. honey (I used tangerine honey)

2-3 shakes hot sauce

juice of 1/4 lemon


Place short ribs in bottom of slow cooker and season with salt and pepper.  Combine the catsup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, honey, hot sauce and lemon juice in a small bowl.  Pour over ribs and cook on low for 6-8 hrs.
